You pay for finished work. Never before it.
No deposits, no money down for work that hasn't been delivered. You see it, you approve it, then we invoice.

Every project starts with a no-cost conversation. Scope and milestones are agreed in writing before work begins.
Invoiced after approval
We invoice a milestone only once it is complete, revised as reasonably needed and approved by you.
Revisions included
Reasonable revisions to reach the agreed outcome are part of the work — never an upsell.
Pro rata refunds
If a project can't be completed, any paid but undelivered milestone is refunded pro rata. Unfinished milestones are never charged. Pay by Stripe or PayPal.
